The band Who Parked The Car arose from the IMEP music school in Paris, a partner of the Berklee College of Music.
The 8 young musicians coming from France and Latin America (Argentina, Honduras), are trained jazz musicians, but above all groove lovers.
The live experience, as important as it is for any rhythm-based group, is integral in WPTC’s identity. So much is the case that in their debut album, their song carrying the band’s name as a title, was written to be played live in a game of question and answer with the audience.
WPTC is more than just a jam band that has worked through their arrangements. They skilfully mix genres, from jazz to funk, including soul and electro. Their unique sound is a clever mix of vocals, sax, synths, guitars and percussions.
INFLUENCES
Snarky Puppy, Louis Cole, Liane La Havas, Jill Scott, Robert Glasper, Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars, Earth Wind & Fire, Weather Report, Stevie Wonder, Supertramp...
They released two albums “Mad Weather Good Friends” (2022), "Broken Glass" (2023) and an EP "Drafts" (2024).
KALUPTO is a journey through melancholia. Befriending the sound of artists such as Mk.Gee and mixing it with the simplicity of acoustic piano songs like November Ultra's, there is as much anger as there is love, as much frustration as there is hope. Highly inspired by all Bon Iver’s albums, and raised by Soul and R’n’B.
KALUPTO’s songs were created through the need to grasp the meaning of one’s life. The voice of its composer Calypso emerges from space and invites you to dwelve yourselves in, hoping you'll find confort and peace.
They released an EP in June 2024 « static hideout » and are currently working on their first album.

Thomas Salvatore, a prodigy of the emerging music scene, brings a breath of fresh air to the contemporary soundscape. Born 24 years ago under the Breton sky of Quimper, this young virtuoso crafts a musical universe where pop, soul, jazz, and rock collide in a retro-futuristic aesthetic that pays homage to the vibes of the 2000s.
At the helm of his keyboards, Thomas juggles between organic piano and organ sounds, vintage synths, and ultra-modern effects with disconcerting ease. His pop voice with soul accents, both soft and expressive, adds a strong emotional dimension to his compositions.
Nourished by the avant-gardism of Louis Cole, the sensitivity of Robert Glasper, the energy of Cory Henry, and the inventiveness of Radiohead, Thomas forges his own path. He navigates brilliantly between contemporary jazz, experimental funk, and alternative pop, creating a unique sonic signature that defies labels.
On stage, the alchemy works. Surrounded by his talented sidekicks - Victor Gonon on guitar, Antoine Artaud on bass, and Faniry M. Andrianarisoa on drums - Thomas Salvatore transcends his music. Each concert becomes an experience where the raw energy of live performance blends with the finesse of the arrangements. The quartet, forged in the crucible of mythical Parisian jams of virtuoso musicians, delivers incandescent performances while maintaining the accessibility and energy of modern pop.
This music speaks to everyone, from demanding music lovers to audiences who are primarily looking to have a good time and enjoy themselves.
By creating KLT, pianist Kévin Larriveau asserts his musical identity, blending acoustic sounds with modern composition. He is joined by Gabriel Gorr on double bass, bringing a deep tone, and by Théo Schirru on drums, adding subtlety and precision.
In 2021, their debut album I’m Special! Are You Special? marked the beginning of an adventure between jazz and soul. Joined by their longtime collaborator Jessy Elsa Palma, they performed the album on numerous stages and festivals across France while continuing to craft new compositions.
Their album Beauty of Change, released on May 17, 2024, as the 100th release of the Jazz Family label, received praise from France Musique, BBC Radio, FIP, TSF Jazz, and Soul Bag, and appeared on Deezer and Apple Music playlists.
The group won the national Vannes Echos Jazz 2025 competition, which led them to open for Dee Dee Bridgewater in a concert broadcast on TSF Jazz. They were also finalists for the Golden Jazz Trophy, following appearances at Jazz in the Park and Jammin’ Juan. In 2025, their European journey began with their first performances in Spain and Germany.
KLT & Jessy Elsa Palma have shared the stage with Theo Croker, Tank and The Bangas, Michel Portal, Henri Texier, and Baptiste Herbin.
A collaborative album, KLT & Friends, brings together in 2025 Alice Chahbazian, Galawesh Héril, Amandine Cabald-Roche, Yure Romão, Rania Bahzad, and Brieuc Stievenard.
Since 2022, the trio has also been co-writing with Alice Chahbazian, whose artistic connection with them helps shape a unique sonic universe. A new album born from this collaboration is scheduled for release in 2026.
These five musicians gather around the original compositions and arrangements of Tristan Guillaume, drummer of the group.
Born in Bretagne and raised in Vietnam, he borrows themes and ideas from various traditional styles to present them in a modern, more open context, leaving room for improvisation and the creativity of each. By blending tradition and modernity, their music reminds us that these themes are still relevant and alive.
In June 2022, under the direction of trumpeter Youn Kamm (N’Diaz, Ibrahim Maalouf), the group recorded their first album "An Tarv", which was released in January 2024.
Their second album, "Folk Stuff" featuring the Isle String Quartet, was recorded in June 2023 and is scheduled for release early 2025 under Resolution Records.
Their performances have been awarded with the 2021 Fock Medal (Nederlands) and have reached the finals of the Leiden Jazz Competition and the Grachtenfestival Jazz Competition.
